What is the punishment for Usurers? 

(one that lends money especially at an exorbitant rate). 

[al-Baqarah, 2:275]

اَلَّذِیۡنَ یَاۡکُلُوۡنَ الرِّبٰوا لَا یَقُوۡمُوۡنَ اِلَّا کَمَا یَقُوۡمُ الَّذِیۡ یَتَخَبَّطُہُ الشَّیۡطٰنُ مِنَ الۡمَسِّ ؕ ذٰلِکَ بِاَنَّہُمۡ قَالُوۡۤا اِنَّمَا الۡبَیۡعُ مِثۡلُ الرِّبٰوا ۘ وَ اَحَلَّ اللّٰہُ الۡبَیۡعَ وَ حَرَّمَ الرِّبٰوا ؕ فَمَنۡ جَآءَہٗ مَوۡعِظَۃٌ مِّنۡ رَّبِّہٖ فَانۡتَہٰی فَلَہٗ مَا سَلَفَ ؕ وَ اَمۡرُہٗۤ اِلَی اللّٰہِ ؕ وَ مَنۡ عَادَ فَاُولٰٓئِکَ اَصۡحٰبُ النَّارِ ۚ ہُمۡ فِیۡہَا خٰلِدُوۡنَ

﴿۲۷۵﴾

Those who live on usury will not be able to stand (on the Day of Judgment), but like the one whom Satan has made insane with his touch (i.e., damnation). This is because they used to say that trade (i.e., buying and selling) is similar to usury, whereas Allah has declared trade (i.e., buying and selling) lawful and usury unlawful. So, if someone refrains (from usury) on receiving admonition from his Lord, then he can keep whatever he took in the past and his case is with Allah. But those who continued with usury (despite the admonition) would be the inmates of Hell. They will abide there permanently.

जो लोग सूद खाते हैं वोह (रोज़े क़ियामत) खड़े नहीं हो सकेंगे मगर जैसे वोह शख़्स खड़ा होता है जिसे शैतान (आसेब) ने छू कर बद हवास कर दिया हो, ये इसलिए कि वोह कहते थे कि तिजारत (ख़रीदो फरोख़्त) भी तो सूद की मानिन्द है, हालांकि अल्लाह ने तिजारत (सौदागरी) को हलाल फरमाया है और सूद को हराम किया है, पस जिसके पास उसके रब की जानिब से नसीहत पहुंची सो वोह (सूद से) बाज़ आ गया तो जो पहले गुज़र चुका वोह उसी का है, और उसका मुआमला अल्लाह के सुपुर्द है, और जिसने फिर भी लिया सो ऐसे लोग जहन्नमी हैं, वोह उस में हमेशा रहेंगे।
