لَہٗ مَقَالِیۡدُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَ الۡاَرۡضِ ۚ یَبۡسُطُ الرِّزۡقَ لِمَنۡ یَّشَآءُ وَ یَقۡدِرُ ؕ اِنَّہٗ بِکُلِّ شَیۡءٍ عَلِیۡمٌ

﴿۱۲﴾ 

To Him belong the keys of the heavens and the earth (i.e., He opens His treasures to whom He wills). He grants sustenance abundantly to whom He likes and sparingly (to whom He wills). Surely, He knows everything best.

वोही आस्मानों और ज़मीन की कुंजियों का मालिक है (यानी जिसके लिए वोह चाहे ख़ज़ाने खोल देता है) वोह जिसके लिए चाहता है रिज़्क़ो अ़ता कुशादा फरमा देता है और (जिसके लिए चाहता है) तंग कर देता है। बेशक वोह हर चीज़ का ख़ूब जानने वाला है।

شَرَعَ لَکُمۡ مِّنَ الدِّیۡنِ مَا وَصّٰی بِہٖ نُوۡحًا وَّ الَّذِیۡۤ اَوۡحَیۡنَاۤ اِلَیۡکَ وَ مَا وَصَّیۡنَا بِہٖۤ اِبۡرٰہِیۡمَ وَ مُوۡسٰی وَ عِیۡسٰۤی اَنۡ اَقِیۡمُوا الدِّیۡنَ وَ لَا تَتَفَرَّقُوۡا فِیۡہِ ؕ کَبُرَ عَلَی الۡمُشۡرِکِیۡنَ مَا تَدۡعُوۡہُمۡ اِلَیۡہِ ؕ اَللّٰہُ یَجۡتَبِیۡۤ اِلَیۡہِ مَنۡ یَّشَآءُ وَ یَہۡدِیۡۤ اِلَیۡہِ مَنۡ یُّنِیۡبُ

﴿۱۳﴾ 

He has prescribed for you the same path of the Din (Religion) that He enjoined on Nuh (Noah), and that We have revealed to you, and that We enjoined on Ibrahim (Abraham) and Musa (Moses) and ‘Isa (Jesus. And all it denotes is) that you should hold fast to the same Din (Religion) and do not make divisions in it. That (Oneness of Allah) to which you call them is quite hard for those who set up partners with Allah. Allah chooses whom He pleases (for exclusive nearness) in His presence, and shows the path to (come) towards Himself to everyone who turns (towards Allah) heartily.

उसने तुम्हारे लिए दीन का वोही रास्ता मुक़र्रर फरमाया जिसका हुक्म उसने नूह (अ़लैहिस्सलाम) को दिया था और जिसकी वही हमने आपकी तरफ भेजी और जिसका हुक्म हमने इब्राहीम और मूसा व ईसा (अ़लैहिमुस्सलाम) को दिया था (वोह येही है) कि तुम (इसी) दीन पर क़ाइम रहो और उसमें तफरिक़ा न डालो, मुश्रिकों पर बहुत ही गिरां है वोह (तौहीद की बात) जिसकी तरफ आप उन्हें बुला रहे हैं। अल्लाह जिसे (ख़ुद) चाहता है अपने हुजूर में (क़ुर्बे ख़ास के लिए) मुन्तख़ब फरमा लेता है और अपनी तरफ (आने की) राह दिखा देता है (हर) उस शख़्स को जो (अल्लाह की तरफ) क़लबी रुजूअ़ करता है।
