No one should judge between two persons while being angry.
               Because the nafs (ego) prevails over the intellect in a state of anger, due to which the ruler or the judge cannot think well and thoroughly towards the case. Similarly, one should not make any decision in spite of hunger, thirst, and mental distress. Also, one should refrain from making judgments when he is agitated, or anxious, or in any situation which may be an obstacle differentiating between right and wrong.
