Remember! This commandment is Mustahab (preferable) i.e. it is better if performed, if it is not performed, there is no harm in it. It cannot even be called as the act of disobedience nor does it cause any defect in the Qurbani (sacrifice). Whereas, it is necessary to cut the nails and remove hair of the armpits as well as pubic hair within 40 days. To delay in cutting the nails and hair for more than 40 days is a sin. One cannot commit a sin in order to perform a Mustahab (preferable) act.
